Fistula is an abnormal medical condition which results in the growth of un necessary passage ways between different organs which need not have been there in the first place. Fistulas can develop almost anywhere inside the body and between any two organs.

1. Gastrointestinal fistula
2. Colon fistula
3. Anal fistula
4. Rectal fistula
5. Vaginal fistula
6. Lung fistula
7. Perilymph fistula - Leaking of fluid from inner to middle ear

9. Salivary fistula

1.Gastrointestinal Fistula: Its an abnormal passage that leaks the contents of the stomach or the small intestine to some other organs of the body. Normally they are connected to other parts of the intestine or even to the skin .

2.Colon Fistula: In this kind of fistula there is a linkage between colon and some other internal organ.

3.Anal Fistula: Anal fistula, an uncommon condition, is a communication or tunnel between the anal canal and the outer skin of the anus. It often drains pus or liquid, which can soil or stain clothing and may irritate the outer tissues or cause discomfort.

4.Rectal Fistula: It is similar to anal fistula and shows the same symptoms

5.Vaginal Fistula: Like anal fistula in man women also suffer from vaginal fistula. This may be caused by many reasons including:
1. Childbirth
2. Prolonged labor
3. Pelvic surgery
